I am a Professional Co-Active Coach. Co-Active coaching is designed to coach the whole person in all facets of their life. Our specialty is YOU. We believe our clients are naturally Creative, Resourceful and Whole. As a fellow Human Being, you lack nothing.
My coaching program, The Confidence Trifecta has been carefully structured to help you become more of the person you were always meant to be. Each of the pillars takes you deep inside your limiting beliefs and gives you tools and techniques to affect the three most important areas that propel you toward living your Life’s purpose.

Each pillar has approximately 90 days of programming, all uniquely tailored especially for you. This is not “out of the box”. I offer personalized, VIP coaching. You’ll receive one-on-one coaching sessions via my private phone line. All coaching is done via phone. Our bi-monthly sessions help ground the lessons and hold you accountable to reaching your goals. Time and energy devoted to gaining control of your thoughts while examining and eliminating your limiting beliefs are nothing less than an awesome investment in your whole entire life.

In addition to my one on one coaching, I've spent the last number of years (pre-pandemic) conducting work shops and facilitating group sessions. While I enjoy working in group settings, my passion is working with clients individually. Personal. Focused. Dedicated attention. Because coaching is done via my private phone line, I am able to coach anyone living anywhere. I coach both domestic and international clients.
